Start where you are. Become the best version of yourself.
One coached season of about six months, from a first 5K to a 50K. You pay one fee for the season, and all of it, less card-processing costs, goes to a vetted partner. We keep nothing.

How a season is built
Base · Endurance · Specific · Taper · RaceBase building · 8 weeks
Easy aerobic running, movement quality, strength. The goal is not to run fast early. It is to still be running, and healthy, when the work gets harder.
Endurance building · 8 weeks
Mileage and the long run grow a little each week. Most of it stays easy; a small part is tempo and controlled 5K-paced work. Endurance without needless fatigue.
Race-specific preparation · 5 to 6 weeks
Long runs take on marathon-pace segments, progressions, hills, whatever your race asks for. Pacing, fuel, shoes, breakfast and strategy are all rehearsed here.
Taper and race readiness · 2 to 3 weeks
The fitness is built. Volume comes down, a little intensity stays, and the fatigue drains away so you reach the start line rested and confident.
A general framework. Your own schedule moves with your race date, distance, experience, health, recovery and what the coach sees.

A week, in practice
Marathon goal · endurance phase, week 11How we train
The same four things, every seasonYour plan, inside the group
We run together, but nobody runs the same workout. Mileage, pace, long-run distance and intensity are set for you, and reset when your week falls apart.
Strength is part of the plan
Monday and Wednesday: an hour of body-weight strength, twenty minutes of yoga, ten of breathing. No equipment. This is the part that keeps people running in year three.
Fueling, rehearsed
Pre-run meals, long-run fuel, electrolytes, race week, race morning. Worked out on Saturdays from month three, so nothing is tried for the first time on race day.
Most runs feel easy
About nine in ten miles at a conversational effort. The rest is tempo, 5K-paced work and hills with a purpose. We are not trying to win Tuesday.
You are not buying coaching. You are funding a pantry and getting coaching.

“I told the coach I was not a runner. She wrote me a plan that started with four minutes. Eleven months later I ran the half and cried at mile twelve.”
