Healthy communities are built through service as well as movement and nutrition. Students, teenagers and whole families are welcome at events that are supervised, documented and signed off the same week.
Volunteering gives young people an opportunity to do something meaningful while learning lessons that extend far beyond the classroom. Whenever possible, we want young volunteers to learn while they serve: healthy living, movement, nutrition, teamwork, giving back, leadership and community responsibility.
Through service, students can develop:
For students who need community service hours for school, clubs, honor societies, college applications, or other programs, we want to provide opportunities where those hours represent real contribution, not simply checking a box.
Pick a date below. Under-18s add a parent or guardian email; we contact them before confirming anything.
A named lead meets you, runs a five-minute brief, and records arrival and departure times on paper.
A signed PDF with hours, date, supervisor name and contact details — in the format most school districts ask for.
Students may support community wellness events, running and walking programs, food and nutrition initiatives, humanitarian projects, local service activities, event organisation, outreach, and other Sattva Reset community programs.

Date-check, sort and shelve at Cornerstone. Younger children work beside a parent.
Approved events only, with a consent sheet. Bring your own camera or use ours.
No volunteer under 18 is ever alone with an adult who is not their own parent or guardian.
Every event has one named adult supervisor, published in advance with a contact number.
Photographs of anyone under 18 require a signed parental consent sheet, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Parents and guardians can attend any event their child is at, without asking and without notice.
Volunteering can be even more meaningful when families participate together. Parents and children can serve side by side, spend meaningful time together, meet other families, and show younger generations through action that giving back is an important part of life.
We hope Sattva Reset can become a place where families don’t simply talk about healthy values. They live them together.
Hours, date, task, supervisor name, signature and a phone number a school can call. Sent as a PDF within seven days, and re-issued free if a district needs it on their own form.
Hours can meet a school requirement and strengthen a future application. We hope students leave with something more valuable: the understanding that their time, energy, skills and compassion can make a difference in someone else’s life. A few hours of service may fulfil a requirement. A lifelong desire to serve can help build a better community.
Whether you are a student looking for meaningful volunteer experience, a parent hoping to introduce your child to community service, or a family wanting to give back together, we would love to welcome you. Parents and guardians are welcome to call first.
