What we collect

When you book a consultation we collect your first name, email address and anything you choose to write in the notes field. When you enrol we also collect a phone number and, for the running program, an emergency contact.

For volunteers under 18 we collect a parent or guardian's name and email, because we contact them before confirming a place.

What we do with it

• Arrange and run the thing you signed up for.
• Send you the plan, the session links and the service-hours letter.
• Contact your emergency contact if something happens on a run.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people running your program — with one exception: a volunteer's hours and supervisor are written into the letter we give you, which you then give to your school.

Cookies

The site uses one functional cookie to remember whether you dismissed the newsletter prompt. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics that identifies you personally.

Photographs

Photographs are taken only at approved events, only of people who have agreed, and never of anyone under 18 without a signed parental consent sheet. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; email us and the image comes down the same day.

Getting your data, or deleting it

Email hello@sattvareset.org. We will send you everything we hold, or delete it, within thirty days. We keep financial records where the law requires it, and nothing else.
